On air, Rob is the creative mind behind The Buck and Rob Show. Not only is he full of ideas at a moments notice, Rob has an extensive knowledge of music. Rob is the voice behind the weekly “Rob’s Riots” segments, bringing us the news worth listening to! Little known fact…Rob started his role of creative director when he came up with the idea of the show, including the show name!
Off the air, Rob enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, spending time with his family and girlfriend, and hiking. Rob makes an effort every summer to hike throughout the wilderness in California or other states. It’s Rob’s goal to visit all the United States, and see the world. His off air interests frequently translate into on air topics.

Meet Buck, the man behind both the microphone and the stage. On Air, Buck is the man behind the “Buck’s Babes” segment, bringing you the hotties week after week. (Obviously, he’s single.) Off the air, Buck manages the program syndication, and spends most of his studio time perfecting the website and audio imaging. In his spare time, Buck enjoys running, racquetball, spending time with Rob (on some rather interesting adventures) and when
time allows Call of Duty. Buck’s favorite music is by far rock (including classic, modern, heavy, and Buck’s favorite alternative), and he runs a weekly program called “BS Squared” on one of our active rock affiliates.

Meet our glorious comrade, Soviet Sam. The first to join the Buck and Rob team, Sam is a valuable and often underappreciated member. Originally, we let him help out writing show notes, but when he started writing in Russian we had to find other jobs for him around the studio.
When Sam is not fixing things around the studio or down at the coffee shop picking up coffee for the rest of the team, he often provides his valuable input on an assortment of topics we discuss on the air.

There is only one thing Matt Fowler loves more than himself, sports. Ego aside, Matt is a nice guy and has loved all aspects of the sporting world from a very young age. He first got an eye for sports when he attended his first professional basketball game at Oracle Arena (then named Oakland Arena) at the age of 12. From then on he immersed himself in everything sports related and began pursuing a career as a sports broadcaster, which he is still successfully doing today. Matt is currently the voice of the Bear Cub Beat report for Santa Rosa Junior College, and has done work with Comcast SportsNet in San Francisco.
Recently, Matt joined the Buck and Rob Show team, and is excited to provide his insight to the show. On any given night you can find Matt in the city at whatever sporting event is the hottest ticket, sometimes as a fan, other times as a broadcaster. There isn’t a hand Matt won’t shake or a business card Matt won’t take. He views every sporting experience as an opportunity to advance his career. Some other interests Matt has besides sports—yes he actually does do other things—are music and traveling. He has said numerous times “either I’m going to be a rock star or a broadcaster, whichever comes first.” When he’s not in the city, Matt resides in Sonoma County, where he attends college and is pursuing a degree in Broadcasting.
